Effectiveness of Chinese Herbal Decoction in the Treatment of Bile Reflux Gastritis
Objective To analyze the effectiveness of Chinese herbal decoction in the treatment of bile reflux gastritis.Methods A total of 128 patients with bile reflux gastritis diagnosed and treated in Nanjing Jiangning Hospital of Tradi-tional Chinese Medicine from October 2022 to July 2023 were conveniently selected as the study objects and were di-vided into two groups,with 64 cases in each group according to the method of random number table.The control group was treated with traditional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Chinese herbal decoction.The curative effect,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome and gastroscopy scores,symptom improvement and gastrointestinal hormone levels were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of observation group(96.88%)was higher than that of control group(85.94%),the difference was statistically signifi-cant(χ2=4.873,P=0.027).There was no significant difference in TCM syndrome scores,gastroscopy scores,symptom score,gastrin(GAS)and montilin(MTL)levels between the two groups before treatment(all P>0.05).After treatment TCM syndrome scores,gastroscopy scores,symptom scores,GAS and MTL levels of observation group were lower than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of pa-tients with bile reflux gastritis,useing Chinese herbal decoction and adjusting the dosage of Chinese herbal decoction combined with the clinical symptoms can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients and reduce the level of gastrointestinal hormone.
