Clinical Effect of Shenshuai Formula Ⅰ on Patients with Spleen-kidney Qi Deficiency and Dampness Turbid Syndrome of Chronic Kidney Disease Stage 3-4
Objective To analyze the curative effect of Shenshuai Formula Ⅰ on patients with spleen-kidney qi defi-ciency and dampness turbid syndrome of chronic kidney disease stage 3-4.Methods A total of 76 patients with chronic kidney disease stage 3-4 syndrome of spleen-kidney qi deficiency and dampness turbidity in Jiangyan Hospi-tal Affiliated to Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine from April 2021 to October 2023 were conveniently selected and divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 38 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Shenshuai Formula Ⅰ.The effect were compared between two groups.Results The renal function index of observation group was better than control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Hemoglobin,erythrocyte count and hematocrit in observation group were(122.63±15.17)g/L,(6.62±0.69)×1012/L and(28.75±4.78)％,which were higher than the con-trol group(110.50±15.24)g/L,(6.59±0.73)×1012/L and(25.94±4.51)％,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Hypersensitive C-reactive protein and curative effect in observation group were better than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion Shenshuai formula Ⅰ can improve renal function,reduce inflammatory index and promote the health of patients with chronic kidney disease 3-4 spleen-kidney qi deficiency and dampness turbid syndrome.
