中医外治法治疗痛风性关节炎的研究进展

摘要
近年来受变化的饮食结构及日益提高的物质生活水平的影响,痛风性关节炎的发病率逐年上升,发病年龄也日趋低龄化.在痛风性关节炎的治疗中,西药虽可有效缓解急性痛风性关节炎症状,但存在不良反应较多、药物依赖性强等缺点.中医外治法因其独特的优势日益受到广大患者的关注与认可.本文结合近7年的相关文献,对中医外治法治疗痛风性关节炎的研究进展进行综述,发现中医外治法具有疗效显著、不良反应少、患者接受度高等优势.
Abstract
In recent years,under the influence of changing diet structure and increasing material living standard,the incidence of gouty arthritis is increasing year by year,and the age of onset is getting younger and younger.In the treat-ment of gouty arthritis,although western medicine can effectively relieve the symptoms of acute gouty arthritis,there are many disadvantages such as adverse reactions and strong drug dependence.Because of its unique advantages,TCM external treatment has been increasingly concerned and recognized by the majority of patients.Based on the relevant lit-erature in recent 7 years,this paper reviewed the research progress of external treatment of Chinese medicine in the treatment of gouty arthritis,and found that external treatment of Chinese medicine has the advantages of significant effi-cacy,few adverse reaction and high acceptance of patients,and can be further promoted in clinical application.
