Effect of Intravenous Thrombolytic Bridging Intra-arterial Thrombec-tomy on Neurological Impairment and Prognosis in Patients with Acute Occlusion of Intracranial Large Vessels
Objective To investigate the effect of intravenous thrombolytic bridging intra-arterial thrombectomy on nerve function and prognosis in patients with acute occlusion of intracranial large vessels. Methods The clinical data of 94 patients with acute intracranial macrovascular occlusion admitted to Shenxian People's Hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 was retrospectively selected and divided into the control group(46 cases)and the observation group(48 cases)according to different treatment methods. Both groups received intravenous thrombolytic therapy, the control group received stent thrombectomy alone, and the observation group received stent combined thrombectomy.Vascular recanalization, nerve function, blood index and prognosis were compared between the two groups. Results The vascu-lar revascularization rate in the observation group(95.83%)was higher than that in the control group(80.43%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.390,P=0.020).The score of National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale after 3 months of treatment, neuron specific enolase, and soluble apoptosis related factors levels after 48 hours of treat-mentin in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the levels of brain derived neuro-trophic factor were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The good prognosis rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.398,P=0.036).Conclusion Intravenous thrombolytic bridging intra-arterial throm-bectomy in patients with acute occlusion of intracranial large vessels can effectively increase the rate of vascular revas-cularization,reduce nerve injury, improve nerve function and prognosis.
