Objective To study the therapeutic effect and application value of the combination of bioelectric stimula-tion and fenmorton sequential oral therapy for patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion.Methods 150 patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion admitted to Nantong Hemeijia Hospital of Obstetrics and Gynecology from May 2021 to July 2023 were randomly selected as the study subjects.They were divided into study group and reference group by random number table method,with 75 cases in each group.The reference group was given fenmorton orally in sequence,while the study group was treated with bioelectric stimulation in addition to the control group.The treat-ment efficacy,endometrial thickness,and total incidence of complications between two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 100%,significantly higher than the reference group's 85.33%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=11.871,P<0.05).After treatment,the endometrial thickness in the study group was higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total in-cidence of complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of bioelectric stimulation and fenmorton sequential oral therapy in patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion can significantly improve the therapeutic effect,increase endometrial thickness,and reduce the incidence of complications.
