Clinical Analysis of Ultrasound-guided Vacuum-assisted Rotary Resection System in the Treatment of Benign Breast Masses in Primary Hospitals
Objective To explore the clinical effect of ultrasound-guided vacuum-assisted rotary resection system in primary hospitals for patients with benign breast masses. Methods 42 patients with benign breast mass admitted to Ji-angyin Changjing Hospital from February 2021 to July 2023 were convenient selected as the study subjects. They were divided into the reference group(21 cases, treated with traditional resection surgery)and the study group(21 cases, treated with ultrasound guided vacuum assisted rotary resection system therapy)using the coin toss method. The total incidence of complications, operation status, and aesthetic scores between two groups were compared. Results The to-tal incidence of complications in the study group(4.76%)was lower than that in the reference group, and the differ-ence was statistically significant(χ2=5.559,P<0.05).The postoperative blood loss in the study group was less than that in the reference group, and the operation time, incision length, hospital stay were shorter than those in the refer-ence group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The study group had higher scores in pig-mentation,breast shape, papillary areolar sensation and incision scar than the reference group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Reasonable use of ultrasound-guided vacuum-assisted rotary re-section system in primary hospitals for patients with benign breast masses during the treatment can reduce the compli-cations of patients, improve the operation conditions, and improve the aesthetic degree. It can promote the good prog-nosis of patients with benign breast mass.
