目的 分析孟鲁司特钠与维生素D制剂联合应用于支气管哮喘(Bronchial Asthma,BA)患儿中的效果.方法 方便选取2022年7月—2023年6月商河县人民医院收治的98例BA患儿为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为对照组和研究组,各49例.对照组应用孟鲁司特钠治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联用维生素D制剂治疗.对比两组患儿的临床疗效、最大呼气流量(Peak Expiratory Flow,PEF)、用力肺活量(Forced Vitalcapacity,FVC)、第1秒用力呼气量(Forced Expiratory Volume in the First Second,FEV1)、标准儿童哮喘生活质量评分表(Pediatric Asthma Quality of Life Questionnaire,PAQLQ)评分与不良反应发生情况.结果 研究组治疗总有效率为95.92%,高于对照组的81.63%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.018,P<0.05).治疗8周后,研究组各项肺功能指标均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).两组不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).治疗8周后,研究组PAQLQ分值高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 BA患儿采用孟鲁司特钠与维生素D制剂联合治疗效果确切,能够改善肺功能,保障患儿生活质量,安全性佳.
Effect of Montelukast Sodium Combined with Vitamin D Preparation in Children with Bronchial Asthma
Objective To analyze the effect of Montelukast sodium combined with vitamin D in children with bronchial asthma(BA).Methods A total of 98 children with BA admitted to Shanghe County People's Hospital from July 2022 to June 2023 were conveniently selected as the study objects and were divided into two groups according to the method of random number table,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was treated with montelukast sodium,while the study group was treated combined with vitamin D on the basis of the control group.Clinical efficacy,peak expiratory flow(PEF),forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV1),pediatric asthma quality of life questionnaire(PAQLQ)scores and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with,the total effective rate in the study group was 95.92%,which was higher than 81.63%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.018,P<0.05).After 8 weeks of treat-ment,the lung function indicators in the study group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence rate of the inci-dence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The PAQLQ score of the study group were higher than that of the control group after 8 weeks of treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination treatment of Montelukast sodium and vitamin D preparation for BA children has a definite effect,which can improve lung function,guarantee quality of their life with good safety.
