Effect Analysis of Fluorometholone Eye Drops Combined with Non-corticosteroids in the Treatment of Allergic Conjunctivitis
Objective To investigate the clinical value of fluorometholone eye drops combined with non-corticosteroids in the treatment of allergic conjunctivitis(AC).Methods A total of 84 patients with AC treated in Jinji-ang City Hospital from October 2022 to September 2023 were conveniently selected as the study objects and grouped by random number table method,with 42 patients in each case.The control group received routine non-corticosteroid treatment,and the observation group received 0.1%fluorometholone eye drops on the basis of the control group.Symp-tom and sign scores,symptom improvement time,clinical efficacy and the incidence of adverse reactions were com-pared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of symptoms and signs in the observation group were(1.77±0.32)points and(1.91±0.65)points,which were lower than those in the control group(3.01±0.64)points and(3.02±0.86)points,and the differences were statistically significant(t=11.231,6.673,both P<0.001).The improve-ment time of the three main symptoms of itching,tearing and conjunctival congestion in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The therapeutic effectiveness in the observation was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statisti-cally significant(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion On the basis of non-corticosteroid therapy,the patients with AC were treated with 0.1%fluorometholone.It can shorten the time for the improvement of main symptoms,promote the relief of related symp-toms and signs,and the drug safety is good.
