目的 探讨系统性红斑狼疮(Systemic Lupus Erythematosus,SLE)患者中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞比值、血小板与淋巴细胞比值、中性粒细胞与补体C3的比值与疾病活动度的关系,并根据其水平变化评估患者疾病活动度.方法 前瞻性方便选取2022年9月—2023年9月高邮市中医医院收治的86例SLE患者为研究对象,根据患者治疗前SLE疾病活动度评分分为轻度活动组、中度活动组、重度活动组,患者均口服泼尼松连续治疗3个月,比较治疗前后疾病活动度及实验室指标.结果 重度活动组中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞比值(Neutro-phil to Lymphocyte Ratio,NLR)、血小板与淋巴细胞比值(Platelet to Lymphocyte Ratio,PLR)水平高于轻度活动组和中度活动组,中性粒细胞与补体C3的比值(Neutrophil to Complement C3 Ratio,NC3R)水平低于轻度活动组和中度活动组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);NLR、PLR与疾病活动度正相关(r=0.053、0.299,P均<0.05),NC3R与疾病活动度负相关(r=-0.673,P<0.05).结论 SLE患者经泼尼松治疗后NLR、PLR及NC3R水平变化与疾病活动度密切相关.
Relationship between NLR,PLR and NC3R Levels and Disease Activity in SLE Patients Treated with Prednisone
Objective To investigate the relationship between the ratio of neutrophils to lymphocytes,platelets to lym-phocytes,and the ratio of neutrophils to complement C3 and disease activity in patients with Systemic Lupus Erythe-matosus(SLE),and evaluate the disease activity of patients according to the changes of their levels.Methods Prospec-tive convenience 86 patients with SLE admitted to the Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Gaoyou City from September 2022 to September 2023 were selected as the study objects.According to SLEDAI score before treatment,the patients were divided into mild activity group,moderate activity group and severe activity group.All the patients were treated with prednisone orally for 3 months.Results The level of neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio(NLR)and plate-let to lymphocyte ratio(PLR)in the heavy activity group were higher than those in the light activity group and the mod-erate activity group,and the level of neutrophil to complement C3 ratio(NC3R)was lower than that in the light activity group and the moderate activity group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).NLR and PLR were positively correlated with disease activity(r=0.053,0.299,both P<0.05),while NC3R was negatively correlated with disease activity(r=-0.673,P<0.05).Conclusion The changes of NLR,PLR and NC3R levels in SLE patients treated with prednisone are closely related to disease activity.
