Clinical Evaluation of Low Dose Esketamine Combined with Cipofol in Painless Gastroenteroscopy in Elderly Patients
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of low-dose esketamine combined with cyclopofol in painless gas-troenteroscopy in elderly patients. Methods From February 2020 to February 2022,107 elderly patients in the Depart-ment of Anesthesiology,Wujin People's Hospital,Changzhou,Jiangsu Province, for painless gastroenteroscopy were conveniently selected as the study objects. They were divided into two groups according to the method of random num-ber table. The patients in the control group(50 cases)were given cypofol anesthesia, and the observation group(57 cases)was given esketamine+cypofol anesthesia. The quality of anesthesia, mean arterial pressure(MAP),heart rate(HR)and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results In the observation group, the dosage of cy-clopofol,recovery time and orientation recovery time were better than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The magnitude of MAP and HR fluctuations in the observation group were smaller than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The adverse re-actions of observation group(1.75%)was lower than that of control group(16.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.289,P=0.021).Conclusion In elderly patients with painless gastroenteroscopy, intravenous anesthe-sia with small dose of esketamine+cyclopofol is conducive to reduce the anesthetic dose, shorten the postoperative re-covery time, and have less adverse reactions.
