Effects of Sodium Butylphthalein Chloride Combined with Pentoxifylline on NIHSS and ADL Scores in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction
Objective To investigate the effect of sodium butylphthalein chloride combined with pentoxifylline in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 96 patients with acute cerebral infarction who visited Shuy-ang Renci Hospital,Suqian City from January 2022 to October 2023 were conveniently selected as the study objects. All patients were divided into study group and reference group with 48 cases in each group according to the method of two-color ball. The reference group was treated with pentoxifylline, and the study group was treated with butylphtha-lein sodium chloride. The relevant clinical indicators of the two groups were compared. Results The clinical efficacy level of the study group was 97.92%,higher than 85.42%of the reference group, and the difference was statistically sig-nificant(χ2=4.909,P<0.05).The score of neurological function of the two group after intervention were lower than those before intervention, and that in the study group was lower than that in the reference group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The daily living ability score of the study group was higher than that of the refer-ence group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the inci-dence of adverse reactions was compared between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of butylphtha-lein sodium chloride combined with pentoxifylline can improve the therapeutic effect of patients, improve the level of nerve function and daily living ability, and has high safety.
