Effects of Family Cooperative Intervention on Gastrointestinal Symptoms,Negative Emotions and Quality of Life in Patients with Chronic Gastritis Complicated with Gastric Mucosa Atrophy and Erosion
Objective To study the effects of family cooperative intervention on gastrointestinal symptoms, negative emotions and quality of life in patients with chronic gastritis complicated with gastric mucosa atrophy and erosion. Methods A total of 180 patients diagnosed with chronic gastritis complicated with gastric mucosa atrophy and erosion by Fujian Provincial Geological Hospital from March 2020 to March 2023 were randomly selected as the study objects and were divided into two groups according to random number table method, with 80 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group carried out family cooperative intervention based on the control group.Gastrointestinal symptoms, negative emotions and quality of life were compared between the two groups before and after intervention. Results After intervention, the score of gastrointestinal symptom assessment scale in the observation group was(43.28±4.94)points,which was significantly lower than(45.81±5.11)points in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=3.376,P<0.001).After intervention, the scores of Hamilton de-pression scale and Hamilton anxiety scale in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of the four dimen-sions of the world health organization quality of life scale(psychological function, environmental function, social func-tion and physiological function)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differ-ences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Family cooperative intervention can effectively improve the gastrointestinal symptoms of patients with chronic gastritis complicated with gastric mucosa atrophy and erosion, reduce the negative emotions of patients, and improve the quality of life of patients.
