Effect of All-round Nursing on Pulmonary Ventilation Function and Satis-faction in Children with Asthma
Objective To explore the improvement effect of all-round nursing on pulmonary function and satisfaction of children with asthma.Methods A total of children with asthma who were admitted to Liangzhou Hospital of Wuwei City from March 2022 to March 2023 were conveniently selected as study objects,and divided into control group and observation group using random number table method.The control group(42 cases)with routine nursing and the obser-vation group(42 cases)with comprehensive nursing.The prognosis(lung function,asthma control)and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,forced vital capacity and forced expiratory volume at the first second of both groups were increased,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).After intervention,asthma control test scores of children in both groups increased to different degrees,and the scores were higher in the observation group than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Parental satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(92.86%vs 76.19%),and the difference was statistically signifi-cant(χ2=4.459,P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive nursing of children with asthma is beneficial to improve the lung function of children,effectively control the progression of the disease,and improve the satisfaction of parents.
