Objective To analyze the effect of green channel nursing mode in nursing children with febrile convulsion.Methods A total of 126 children with febrile convulsion admitted to Lishui District People's Hospital of Nanjing(Li-shui Branch of Zhongda Hospital Affiliated to Southeast University)from March 2021 to May 2023 were conveniently selected as the research objects and divided into study group(n=63)and control group(n=63)by random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,and the study group received green channel nursing.Parents'sat-isfaction,treatment time and parents'negative emotion were compared between the two groups.Results The score of parental satisfaction in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The emergency triage time(1.36±0.28)min and transport time(3.23±0.61)min in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(2.05±0.41)min,(4.25±0.83)min,and the differences were statistically significant(t=11.031,7.860,both P<0.001).Before intervention,the scores of Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)were compared between the two groups,and the differences were not statistically significant(both P>0.05).After intervention,the HAMA scores and HAMD scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.001).Conclusion The whole green channel nursing mode can improve the satisfaction of parents of children with febrile convulsion,shorten the time of treatment,and alleviate the negative emotions of parents.
