Effect of Seamless Nursing Combined Optimization of Emergency Nursing Process on Emergency Patients with Organophosphorus Pesticide Poison-ing
Objective To explore the effect of seamless nursing combined with optimization of emergency nursing pro-cess on patients with organophosphorus pesticide poisoning in emergency.Methods A total of 60 patients with organo-phosphorus pesticide poisoning who were treated in the emergency department of Fengxian County People's Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were randomly selected as study objects and randomly divided into control group and study group with 30 cases in each group according to random number table method.In the control group,routine emergency nursing was implemented,and in the study group,seamless nursing combined with optimization of emer-gency nursing process intervention was implemented.Nursing satisfaction was compared between the two groups,and comfort scores and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups after nursing.Results The comfort score of the study group was(102.59±6.57)points,which was higher than that of the control group(93.25±6.30)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=5.620,P<0.05).The quality of life scores of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction rate of the study group was 96.67%,which was higher than that of the control group 76.67%,and the dif-ference was statistically significant(χ2=5.192,P<0.05).Conclusion In the emergency department of patients with or-ganophosphorus pesticide poisoning,seamless nursing combined with optimization of emergency nursing process inter-vention can effectively reduce the physical discomfort of patients,improve their quality of life,and make patients more satisfied with nursing services.
