Effect of Targeted Psychological Intervention in Tumor Outpatient Guid-ance
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of targeted psychological intervention in cancer outpatient consul-tation.Methods A total of 176 patients treated in Xuzhou Cancer Hospital from June 2021 to February 2023 were con-veniently selected as study objects and divided into two groups according to random number table method.The control group(88 cases)received routine psychological nursing intervention,and the observation group(88 cases)received tar-geted psychological intervention.The psychological state,mental health degree,quality of life and satisfaction in the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,depression,anxiety scores and mental health scores in the ob-servation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The scores of quality of life and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the con-trol group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of targeted psychological intervention in cancer outpatient consultation can play a positive role in alleviating patients'anxiety and depression,improving patients'mental health and quality of life,and gaining patients'recognition.
