Effect of Emergency Nursing Process on Emergency Efficiency of Patients with Acute Cerebral Stroke
Objective To study the effect of emergency nursing process on emergency efficiency of patients with acute cerebral stroke(CS).Methods A total of 90 patients with acute CS admitted to the emergency department of Fengxian People's Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were randomly selected as study objects and randomly divided into control group(routine nursing,45 cases)and intervention group(emergency nursing process,45 cases)according to the lottery method.Adverse psychological scores,quality of life scores and nursing satisfaction rates of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the adverse psychological score of the intervention group was lower than that of the control group,the quality of life score was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statisti-cally significant(both P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate in intervention group was 95.56%,which was higher than control group(80.00%),the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.075,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of emergency nursing process in the emergency of acute CS patients has a remarkable effect,which can effectively shorten the emergency time,improve their quality of life,promote their better prognosis and obtain higher nursing sat-isfaction.
