Effect of Enhanced Humanized Nursing on Hypertension Complicated with Diabetes
Objective To analyze the effect of enhanced humanized nursing on the prognosis of patients with hyperten-sion and diabetes. Methods A total of 150 patients with hypertension combined with diabetes admitted to the Fifth People's Hospital of Wujiang District,Suzhou City from January 2022 to June 2023 were randomly selected as study objects and divided by digital parity method. The control group(75 cases)received routine nursing and the observation group(75 cases)received humanized nursing.Blood glucose levels, blood pressure levels,self-management ability, quality of life scores and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the levels of blood glucose and blood pressure in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differ-ences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The scores of self-management ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After nursing, the quality of life scores of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statisti-cally significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group(97.33%)was higher than that of the con-trol group(82.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=8.963,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of humanized nursing in patients with hypertension and diabetes has a significant effect, which can improve patients'self-management ability, improve their blood glucose and blood pressure levels, and promote their quality of life and satisfaction.
