Effects of Path-based Cooperative Nursing on Nutritional Status and Ad-verse Reactions in Patients undergoing Endoscopic Intestinal Polyp Resec-tion
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of path-based cooperative nursing for patients with endoscopic in-testinal polyp resection. Methods A total of 78 patients with endoscopic intestinal polyp resection who received treat-ment in Pizhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to April 2023 were conveniently selected as the study objects and were divided into two groups according to the random number table method. The control group(39 cases)received routine nursing and the observation group(39 cases)received path-based cooperative nurs-ing.Nutritional status, psychological status, incidence of adverse events and nursing satisfaction were compared be-tween the two groups. Results After nursing, the levels of serum albumin, transferrin and prealbumin in observation group were higher than those in control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The anxi-ety and depression scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Con-clusion Path-based cooperative nursing for patients undergoing endoscopic intestinal polyp resection can improve nu-tritional status and negative psychology of patients, reduce the incidence of adverse events, and gain patient recogni-tion.
