Intervention Effect of Emotional Nursing Combined with Heat-sensitive Moxibustion on Patients with Peripheral Facial Paralysis
Objective To investigate the intervention effect of emotional nursing combined with heat-sensitive moxi-bustion on patients with peripheral facial paralysis. Methods A total of 78 patients with peripheral facial paralysis ad-mitted to Xuzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2020 to August 2022 were conveniently se-lected as the study objects. They were divided into two groups by random number table method. The control group(n=39)received conventional nursing combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion intervention, and the observation group(n=39)received emotional nursing combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion intervention.Psychological state, sleep quality, quality of life improvement, treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction scores were compared between the two groups. Results After 1 month of intervention, the Self-rating Anxiety Scale score and Self-rating Depression Scale score of the observation group were(39.22±3.45)points and(40.66±3.24)points,both lower than that of the con-trol group(46.23±3.63)points and(47.47±3.78)points,and the differences were statistically significant(t=8.742,8.542,both P<0.05).After 1 month of intervention, the sleep quality and quality of life in the observation group were better than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The scores of treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were(96.48±2.15)points and(97.61±1.57)points,both of which were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion Emotional nursing intervention combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion can improve the negative mood, enhance sleep quality and life quality of patients with peripheral facial paralysis, and improve the treat-ment compliance score and nursing satisfaction score of patients.
