Effect of Rehabilitation Nursing Based on Time-effective Incentive Con-cept on Quality of Life of Patients with Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Ob-structive Pulmonary Disease with Respiratory Failure
Objective To explore the effect of rehabilitation nursing based on time-effective incentive concept on symptom improvement of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)with respi-ratory failure. Methods A total of 152 patients with acute exacerbation of COPD with respiratory failure admitted to Nanjing Jiangning Hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were conveniently selected as the study objects. They were numbered according to the order of admission, and were divided into control group and observation group by statistical software to generate random sequence, with 76 cases in each group. The control group took routine rehabilitation nurs-ing,and the observation group took rehabilitation nursing based on the concept of timeliness incentive.Nursing com-pliance,mental resilience and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The total compliance rate of the observation group(97.37%)was higher than that of the control group(86.84%),and the difference was statisti-cally significant(χ2=5.790,P<0.05).The psychological resilience level of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(t=12.594,P<0.05).The scores of daily life and social status on St George's Respiratory Questionnaire(SGRQ)in observation group were higher than those in control group, and the scores of anxiety and depression were lower than those in control group, the differences were statistically sig-nificant(all P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with respiratory failure, the adoption of rehabilitation nursing based on time-effectiveness incentive concept can help improve the overall nursing compliance of patients, improve the level of mental resilience of patients, and im-prove the quality of life of patients.
