摘要
股骨头坏死在临床多表现为关节疼痛、活动受限等症状,严重影响患者的生活质量.随着髋关节保留手术技术的广泛应用,股骨头坏死的保髋治疗方法日趋多样化,且每种方法都有其独特的优点.文章综述了髓芯减压术、骨移植术、多孔钽棒植入术、再生治疗等技术的研究现状和发展趋势,以期为今后临床应用提供参考.
Abstract
Femoral head necrosis often manifests clinically as joint pain,limited mobility and other symptoms,which seriously affects the patient's quality of life.With the widespread application of hip-preserving surgical techniques,hip-preserving treatment methods for femoral head necrosis have become increasingly diversified,and each method has its unique advantages.This article reviews the current research status and development trends of core decompres-sion,bone transplantation,porous tantalum rod implantation,regenerative therapy and other technologies,with a view to providing reference for clinical applications in the future.
