Effect of Hysteroscopic Electroresection Combined with Progesterone Cap-sule in the Treatment of Endometrial Polyps
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of hysteroscopic electroresection combined with progesterone cap-sule in treatment of endometrial polyps.Methods A total of 100 patients with endometrial polyps admitted to Zhang-zhou Third Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were randomly selected as the study objects,and were di-vided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The con-trol group was treated with hysteroscopic electrotomy,and the observation group was treated with progesterone cap-sule.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total clinical efficacy of the observation group was 96.00%,higher than that of the control group(84.00%),the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.000,P<0.05).After treatment,the endometrial thickness of observation group was lower than that of control group,and the menstrual volume and vascular endothelial growth factor level were lower than that of control group,the differ-ences were statistically significance(all P<0.05).The incidence of complications and recurrence in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Con-clusion In the treatment of patients with endometrial polyps by hysteroscopic electroresection,combined with the addi-tion of progesterone capsules,the overall effect is outstanding.This method has significant clinical value,plays an im-portant role in improving various clinical indicators and reducing the incidence of adverse events.
