Clinical Effect of Endoscopic Otorhinolaryngology Dynamic System Sur-gery on Patients with Chronic Sinusitis
Objective To explore the clinical effect of endoscopic otorhinolaryngology dynamic system operation in the treatment of chronic sinusitis.Methods A total of 129 patients with sinusitis admitted to Ninghua County General Hos-pital of Fujian Province from January 2021 to December 2023 were conveniently selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group(64 cases)and study group(65 cases)by random number table method.The clinical ef-fect,complication rate,operative index,sinus results and pain degree were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical effect of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the incidence of postoperative compli-cations was lower than that of the control group,the intraoperative blood loss was lower than that of the control group,and the nasal ventilation time and mucosal recovery time were shorter than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of nasal obstruction,runny nose and olfactory dis-turbance in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the Visual Analogu Scale(VAS)was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Endoscopic otorhinolaryngology dynamic system operation has good clinical effect in the treatment of chronic sinusitis,with fewer complications and faster recovery,which is conducive to the recovery of sinus function.
