目的 分析阿替普酶溶栓疗法在急性脑梗塞治疗中对患者神经功能恢复情况的影响.方法 随机选取2021年1月—2022年12月泉州市第一医院神经内科收治的80例急性脑梗塞患者为研究对象,应用抽签法分为对照组(40例,常规对症治疗)和研究组(40例,阿替普酶溶栓).比较两组治疗效果、不良反应发生情况和治疗前后神经功能缺损量表(National Institute of Health Stroke Scale,NIHSS)评分、各项凝血指标水平、炎症因子指标水平、生活质量评分.结果 两组患者的不良反应总发生率和治疗前的NIHSS评分、凝血功能、炎症因子指标和生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05);研究组治疗后的凝血功能指标、炎症因子指标水平、生活质量评分和NIHSS评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);研究组的治疗总有效率为97.50%,明显高于对照组的82.50%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.000,P=0.025).结论 阿替普酶溶栓治疗方案在急性脑梗塞患者治疗中有着良好的效果,可有效促进患者神经功能的恢复,并有助于患者凝血指标和炎症因子指标的改善,对于患者的治疗和康复有着重要的意义.
Effect of Alteplase Thrombolysis on the Recovery of Nerve Function in the Treatment of Acute Cerebral Infarction
Objective To analyze the effect of alteplase thrombolytic therapy on the recovery of nerve function in pa-tients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 80 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to the De-partment of Neurology of Quanzhou First Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were randomly selected as the study objects,and they were divided into control group(40 cases,conventional symptomatic treatment)and study group(40 cases,alteplase thrombolytic therapy)by drawing lot method.The treatment effect,occurrence of adverse re-actions,National Institute of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)level,coagulation index level,inflammatory factor index level,quality of life score before and after treatment were compared between two groups.Results There was no signifi-cant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between two groups and NIHSS score,coagulation function,inflammatory factor index and quality of life score before treatment(all P>0.05).The coagulation function index,in-flammatory factor index,quality of life score and NIHSS score in the study group after treatment was better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 97.50%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(82.50%),and the difference was sta-tistically significant(χ2=5.000,P=0.025).Conclusion Alteplase thrombolytic therapy has a good effect in the treat-ment of acute cerebral infarction patients,which can effectively promote the recovery of neurological function of pa-tients,and help to improve the coagulation index and inflammatory factor index of patients,which is of great signifi-cance for the treatment and rehabilitation of patients.
