目的 探析丙泊酚与环泊酚用于腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者全麻诱导及维持的效果.方法 简单随机选取2022年12月—2023年12月于贵州省兴义市人民医院行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的70例患者为研究对象,采取随机抽签法分为A组和B组,每组35例.A组予0.4 mg/kg环泊酚,B组予2 mg/kg丙泊酚,先对两组全麻诱导,随后给予维持麻醉.分析不同麻醉药物应用的价值.结果 两组的手术时间、苏醒时间和麻醉后监测治疗室(Postanesthesia Care Unit,PACU)恢复时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05).A组的诱导时间长于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).诱导后1、3 min时段,A组的平均动脉压和心率均高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).A组不良反应率为8.57%,低于B组的28.57%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.629,P<0.05).结论 对于腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者,丙泊酚和环泊酚均能达到全麻诱导及维持的目的,但环泊酚能延长诱导时间,且有效降低注射痛、呼吸抑制情况发生.
Comparative Study of Cypofol and Propofol for Induction and Mainte-nance of General Anesthesia in Patients Undergoing Laparoscopic Chole-cystectomy
Objective To explore the effect of general anesthesia induction and maintenance of propofol and cyclopofol in patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods A total of 70 patients who received laparoscopic cholecystec-tomy in Xingyi People's Hospital of Guizhou Province from December 2022 to December 2023 were randomly se-lected as study objects.They were divided into group A and group B by random drawing method,with 35 cases in each group.Group A used 0.4 mg/kg cyclopofol and group B used 2 mg/kg propofol.Both groups were induced by general anesthesia and then given maintenance anesthesia.The effects of different anesthetic drugs were analyzed.Results The results of operation time,recovery time and postanesthesia care unit(PACU)recovery time were similar between group A and group B,the difference was not statistically significant(all P>0.05).The induction time of group A was longer than that of group B,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).At 1 3 min after induction,the mean arterial pressure and heart rate of group A were higher than those of group B,and the differences were statisti-cally significant(both P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate of group A was 8.57%,which was significantly lower than that of group B(28.57%),the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.629,P<0.05).Conclusion For laparo-scopic cholecystectomy patients,the implementation of propofol and cyclopofol can achieve the purpose of induction and maintenance of general anesthesia,and cyclopofol can prolong the induction time,effectively reduce the inci-dence of injection pain and respiratory depression.
