Clinical Efficacy of Low Molecular Weight Heparin Combined with Insu-lin in the Treatment of Hyperlipidemic Pancreatitis and Its Effect on Se-rum Inflammatory Mediators
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of low molecular weight heparin combined with insulin in the treatment of hyperlipidemic pancreatitis. Methods 86 patients with hyperlipidemic pancreatitis admitted to Zhangqiu District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Jinan City,Shandong Province from August 2021 to October 2023 were conveniently selected as the study objects, and were divided into control group(n=43)and research group(n=43)by sealed envelope method. All patients received conventional treatment, the control group received insulin injection on the basis of this, the study group received low molecular weight heparin calcium on the basis of the control group, and both groups were treated for 1 week. The clinical efficacy, incidence of adverse reactions, blood lipid level, serum amylase level and serum inflammatory mediators were compared between the two groups. Results The effective rate of the research group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of blood lipids, amylase and inflammatory factors in the research group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no statistically sig-nificant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion In patients with hyperlipidemic pancreatitis, low molecular weight heparin combined with insulin can improve the therapeutic effec-tiveness and improve the inflammatory response, thus reducing the level of blood lipid and blood amylase without in-creasing the risk of adverse reactions.
