Application Effect of Quantitative Activity Intervention in Rehabilitation of Patients after Endoscopic Colon Polypectomy
Objective To explore the application value of quantitative activity intervention in the rehabilitation of pa-tients after endoscopic colon polypectomy. Methods A total of 90 patients who underwent endoscopic colonic polypec-tomy in the Lanzhou University Second Hospital from February 2017 to March 2019 were randomly selected as the re-search objects. They were divided into control group and study group according to the way of casting dice, with 45 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing intervention, and the study group added quantitative activity nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. The postoperative recovery, the scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)before and after intervention were compared between the two groups. The treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The study group had shorter postoperative first exhaust time, first defecation time, and postoperative hospital stay compared to the control group, the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Af-ter intervention, the scores of SAS,SDS,and PSQI scales in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The proportion of good treatment compliance in the study group was better than control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.444,P<0.05).The satisfaction score of the study group patients with nursing care was(96.35±3.51)points,which was higher than the control group's(92.32±2.98)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=3.564,P<0.05).Conclusion Quantitative activity intervention for patients with endoscopic colon polypectomy can accelerate the postoperative reha-bilitation process, improve the sleep quality of patients, reduce the anxiety and depression of patients, and also help to improve the treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction of patients.
