Application Value of Home Nursing Based on Timing Theory in Nursing Care of Patients with Chronic Heart Failure
Objective To study the effect of home nursing based on timing theory in patients with chronic heart failure.Methods A total of 73 patients with chronic heart failure admitted to From December 2019 to December 2021,Nan-jing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated to Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were conveniently selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups by random drawing.The control group(n=36)used routine nursing,and the observation group(n=37)used family nursing based on timing theory.The disease cognition and care ability,quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients and caregivers were compared be-tween the two groups.Results After nursing,the positive and negative coping scores of the observation group were bet-ter than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).After nursing,the quality of life score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 97.30%,significantly higher than that of the control group at 80.56%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.241,P<0.05).Conclusion The family nursing model centered on the timing theory can meet the patients with chronic heart failure in time and significantly enhance the quality of life of patients.
