Effect of Three-dimensional Structure Nursing and Empathic Nursing on Patients with Ovarian Cysts
Objective To explore the effect of three-dimensional structure nursing and empathic nursing in clinical nursing of patients with ovarian cyst.Methods A total of 92 patients with ovarian cysts admitted to Jining Maternal and Child Health and Family Planning Service Center of Shandong Province from March 2021 to October 2022 were conveniently selected as the research objects,and they were divided into two groups by blind box drawing method,with 46 cases in each group.All patients were treated with resection.At the same time,the control group provided rou-tine nursing intervention,and the observation group provided three-dimensional structure nursing and empathy nurs-ing intervention.The negative emotion scores,quality of life scores and satisfaction with nursing services before and af-ter nursing were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,there were no statistically significant dif-ference in negative emotion scores and quality of life scores between the two groups of patients(both P>0.05);After nursing,compared with the control group,the observation group had lower negative emotion scores and higher quality of life scores,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of patients in the observation group with nursing services was 95.65%,which was higher than 80.43%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.059,P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of three-dimensional struc-ture nursing and empathic nursing in the clinical nursing of patients with ovarian cysts can effectively reduce their negative emotions,and can improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients.
