Application Value of the Concept of Integrated Medical Care and Rapid Rehabilitation in Perioperative Nursing of Cholecystectomy
Objective To explore and analyze the effect of perioperative nursing in patients undergoing cholecystec-tomy with the concept of integrated medical care and rapid rehabilitation.Methods A total of 70 patients undergoing cholecystectomy admitted to Dongtai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2022 to February 2023 randomly were selected as the study objects,and divided into observation group and control group according to blind extraction method,with 35 cases in each group.The observation group received integrated rapid rehabilitation nursing,the incidence of and the control group received routine nursing.The negative emotion score,quality of life score be-fore and after nursing,adverse reactions and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reac-tions in the observation group was 2.86%,lower than that in the control group(17.14%),and the difference was statisti-cally significant(χ2=3.968,P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the con-trol group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In patients undergoing cholecystec-tomy,the nursing effect of the concept of integrated medical care and rapid rehabilitation is remarkable,which can im-prove the quality of life of patients and alleviate the bad mood of patients,and the nursing satisfaction is high.
