Effect of Personalized Nursing Combined with Continuous Nursing Inter-vention on Lung Function and Quality of Life in Patients with COPD Re-spiratory Failure
Objective To analyze the effect of personalized nursing combined with continuous nursing in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease respiratory failure. Methods A total of 128 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease respiratory failure diagnosed and treated in Shouguang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Shandong Province from January 2021 to October 2023 were conveniently selected as the study objects and divided into general group(n=64,routine nursing)and intervention group(n=64,personalized nursing combined with continu-ous nursing intervention)using random number table method.Pulmonary function index, compliance, mental state score, nursing satisfaction and quality of life score were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the pulmonary function indexes of the intervention group were significantly better than that of the general group, the com-pliance score was significantly higher than that of the general group, the depression score and anxiety score were lower than that of the general group, and the quality of life score was significantly higher than that of the general group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).the nursing satisfaction in the intervention group was 95.31%,higher than 81.25%in the the general group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=6.117,P<0.05).Conclusion Personalized nursing combined with continuous nursing intervention in patients with chronic ob-structive pulmonary disease respiratory failure has a definite effect, can significantly improve the lung function of pa-tients and improve the quality of life of patients.
