Effects of Quantitative Evaluation Graded Nursing Combined with Collab-orative Nursing on Quality of Life and Self-Care Ability of Patients with Chronic Heart Failure
Objective To investigate the effects of quantitative evaluation graded nursing combined with collaborative nursing on quality of life and self-care ability of patients with chronic heart failure. Methods A total of 110 patients with chronic heart failure admitted to Xuzhou Mining Group General Hospital from January 2021 to April 2023 were randomly selected as the study objects and they were divided into two groups(55 cases/group)by random number table method. The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group received quantitative evaluation of graded nursing combined collaborative nursing intervention. After 3 months of intervention, the quality of life,self-care ability and medication compliance of patients in the two groups were compared. Results After nursing, the scores of quality of life and self-care ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The medication compliance of the observation group was 96.36%,higher than that of the control group(83.64%),the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.950,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of quantitative evaluation graded nursing combined with collaborative nursing in-tervention in patients with chronic heart failure can not only improve patients' self-care ability and medication com-pliance,but also improve their quality of life, and the intervention effect is significant.
