对比常规护理与优质护理干预在妇产科护理中的应用价值

摘要
目的 分析常规护理与优质护理干预在妇产科护理中取得的成效.方法 方便选取2022年3月-2023年2月巨野县人民医院妇产科收治的89例患者为研究对象,以随机数表法分为对照组(44例,常规护理)、观察组(45例,优质护理),比较两组患者的心理状态、生活质量及护理满意度.结果 护理后,观察组焦虑自评量表(Self-rating Anxiety Scale,SAS)评分[(21.64±2.26)分]、抑郁自评量表(Self-rating Depression Scale,SDS)评分[(20.41±2.10)分],低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=12.431、13.971,P均<0.001);观察组各项生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);观察组护理满意度(97.78)%高于对照组(81.82%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.234,P=0.012).结论 优质护理干预应用于妇产科临床中,可有效提升护理满意度,改善患者心理状态,提高生活质量,临床应用效果显著.
Abstract
Objective To analyse the effect of routine nursing and high-quality nursing intervention in obstetrics and gynecology nursing.Methods A total of 89 patients admitted to the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department of Juye County People's Hospital from March 2022 to February 2023 were conveniently selected as the study objects,and they were divided into control group(44 cases,routine nursing)and observation group(45 cases,high-quality nursing)by random number table method.The psychological state,quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients in the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)score[(21.64±2.26)points]and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)score[(20.41±2.10)points]of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=12.431,13.971,both P<0.001).The quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of observation group(97.78%)was higher than that of control group(81.82%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=6.234,P=0.012).Conclusion The application of high-quality nursing in-tervention in obstetrics and gynecology clinic can effectively enhance nursing satisfaction,improve patients' psycho-logical state and quality of life,and has significant clinical application effect.
