目的 分析四肢骨折患者采用快速康复外科(Fast-track Surgery,FTS)理念进行围术期护理取得的效果.方法 单纯随机选取2022年8月—2023年7月武城县中医院接受手术治疗的90例四肢骨折患者,以随机数表法分为两组.对照组(45例)接受常规围术期护理,研究组(45例)在对照组的基础上采用FTS理念对围术期护理进行优化.比较两组焦虑自评量表(Self-rating Anxiety Scale,SAS)、抑郁自评量表(Self-rating De-pression Scale,SDS)、健康调查简表-36(Mos Item Short From Health Survey,SF-36)评分及术后并发症发生率.结果 干预后,研究组SDS(40.68±5.00)分、SAS(39.65±5.89)分均低于对照组的(45.40±5.47)分、(44.90±4.74)分,差异有统计学意义(t=4.272、4.658,P均<0.05).研究组并发症发生率为4.44%,低于对照组的20.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.075,P<0.05).干预后研究组SF-36评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 四肢骨折患者采用FTS理念进行围术期护理能够有效改善心理状况,降低术后并发症风险,保障生活质量,具有临床应用价值.
Application of Fast-track Surgery Concept in Orthopedics in Periopera-tive Nursing of Patients with Limb Fracture
Objective To analyze the results of perioperative nursing of patients with limb fracture using fast-track surgery(FTS)concept.Methods A total of 90 patients with limb fracture who received surgical treatment in Wucheng County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2022 to July 2023 were simply and randomly selected and divided into two groups by random number table method.The control group(45 cases)received routine periopera-tive nursing,and the study group(45 cases)adopted FTS concept to optimize perioperative nursing on the basis of the control group.The Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS),Mos Item Short From Health Survey(SF-36)score and the incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,SDS(40.68±5.00)points and SAS(39.65±5.89)points scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group(45.40±5.47)points and(44.90±4.74)points,and the differences were statistically sig-nificant(t=4.272,4.658,both P<0.05).The complication rate of the study group was 4.44%,which was lower than that of the control group(20.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.075,P<0.05).After intervention,the SF-36 score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically sig-nificant(P<0.05).Conclusion Perioperative nursing of patients with limb fracture using FTS concept can effectively improve psychological status,reduce the risk of postoperative complications,and guarantee the quality of life,which has clinical application value.
