Application and Satisfaction Analysis of Optimal Nursing Concept in Peri-operative Treatment of Patients with Renal Carcinoma undergoing Radi-cal Resection
Objective To explore the effect of optimal nursing concept on patients undergoing radical resection for re-nal carcinoma during perioperative treatment. Methods A total of 100 patients receiving radical kidney cancer surgery who were treated in Jilin Provincial Cancer Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were randomly selected as study objects and divided into control group(routine nursing intervention)and study group(optimal nursing concept in-tervention),with 50 cases in each group according to random number table method. The quality of life, pain score, compliance behavior, emotional score and satisfaction of the two groups were analyzed. Results The quality of life score of the study group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pain score of the study group was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The compliance behavior of the study group was better than that of the control group, the difference was statis-tically significant(P<0.05).The emotional score of the study group was lower than that of the control group, the differ-ence was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing service satisfaction of the study group(98.00%)was higher than that of the control group(86.00%),the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.891,P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention of patients with radical resection with optimal nursing concept has excellent effect, can improve peri-operative treatment effect, reduce adverse complications, improve patients' quality of life and satisfaction, relieve pa-tients' limb pain.
