穴位贴敷与隔姜灸联合应用于脾胃虚寒型胃脘痛患者中的效果分析

摘要
目的 分析穴位贴敷与隔姜灸联合应用于脾胃虚寒型胃脘痛患者中的效果.方法 方便选取2022年1-12月东台市中医院收治的102例脾胃虚寒型胃脘痛患者为研究对象,参照随机数表法分为两组.对照组(n=51)患者接受穴位贴敷干预,研究组(n=51)患者联用隔姜灸干预.比较干预前后两组患者的视觉模拟评分法(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)评分、慢性病患者生命质量测定量表(Quality of Life Instruments for Chronic Diseases,QLICD)-慢性胃炎(Chronic Gastritis,CG)评分以及护理满意度.结果 研究组干预后VAS评分较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).与对照组相比,研究组QLICD-CG评分更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).与对照组护理总满意率(84.31%)相比,研究组护理总满意率(98.04%)更高,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.287,P<0.05).结论 胃脘痛脾胃虚寒型患者采用穴位贴敷与隔姜灸联合干预可以缓解疼痛症状,保障生活质量,提高护理满意度.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of acupoint application combined with ginger moxibustion on patients with gastric epigastric pain of spleen and stomach deficiency cold type.Methods A total of 102 patients with spleen and stomach deficiency cold type epigastric pain treated in Dongtai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to December 2022 were conveniently selected as study objects and divided into two groups according to random num-ber table method.Control group(n=51)patients received acupoint application intervention,study group(n=51)pa-tients combined with ginger moxibustion intervention.Visual Analogue Scale(VAS),Quality of Life Instruments for Chronic Diseases(QLICD)-Chronic Gastritis(CG)score and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results The VAS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The QLICD-CG score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with 84.31%of the control group,the total satisfaction rate of the study group(98.04%)was higher,and the difference was statistically sig-nificant(χ2=4.287,P<0.05).Conclusion Combined intervention of acupoint application and ginger moxibustion can re-lieve pain symptoms,guarantee quality of life and improve nursing satisfaction.
