Curative Effect of Yangjin Sanyu Chubi Prescription Hot Compress Com-bined with Acupuncture on Neck,Shoulder,Waist and Leg Pain
Objective To evaluate the effect of"Yangjin Sanyu Chubi prescription hot compress+acupuncture"in pa-tients with neck,shoulder,back and leg pain.Methods From January 2021 to December 2023,a total of 84 patients with neck,shoulder,back and leg pain were treated in Qidong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Jiangsu Prov-ince were conveniently selected as study objects and were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with hot compress of Yangjin Sanyu Chubi prescription,and the observation group was treated with acupuncture based on the control group.The treatment effectiveness,tradi-tional Chinese medicine syndrome(pain with fixed location,accumulation,limb numbness,swelling,and limited mo-bility)score,pain level,motor function,daily living activity ability,and quality of life between two group were com-pared.The value of combined traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)therapy was analyzed.Results The total effective rate of treatment of the observation group(95.24%)was higher than that of the control group(78.57%),and the differ-ence was statistically significant(χ2=5.126,P=0.024).The TCM syndrome scores of patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group in pain with fixed location,accumulation,limb numbness,swelling,and lim-ited mobility,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The pain score,motor function score,activ-ity of daily living ability score and quality of life score of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of neck,shoulder,waist and leg pain can be combined acupuncture with Yangjin Sanyu Chubi prescription on the basis of hot compress,in order to improve the main symptoms,as far as possible to eliminate pain,restore the patient's exercise ability,improve life activity ability and quality of life.
