Effect of Enoxaparin Sodium Combined with Pressure Treatment of Both Lower Limbs on Coagulation Function and Venous Thrombosis in Patients with Femoral Neck Fracture after Operation
Objective To analyze the effects of enoxaparin sodium combined with lower extremity pressure therapy on coagulation function and venous thrombosis in patients with femoral neck fracture. Methods A total of 92 patients with femoral neck fracture who underwent surgical treatment in Xuyi County People's Hospital from January 2021 to October 2023 were conveniently selected as the study objects, and were divided into control group and observation group by random table method, with 46 cases in each group. The control group was treated with intraoperative injec-tion of enoxaparin sodium, and the observation group was treated with intraoperative injection of enoxaparin sodium combined with pressure treatment of both lower limbs. The coagulation function, the incidence of adverse reactions, the circumference of the affected leg and the occurrence of deep venous thrombosis were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in coagulation function between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment, the coagulation function of observation group was better than that of control group, and the dif-ference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in observation group(2.17%)was lower than that in control group(15.22%),and the difference was statistically significant(x2=4.929,P=0.026).Be-fore treatment, there was no statistical significance in the circumference of the affected leg between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment, the circumference of the affected leg in the observation group was smaller than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total thrombus incidence in the observation group(2.17%)was lower than that in the control group(13.04%),and the difference was statistically significant(x2=3.866,P=0.049).Conclusion The combination of enoxaparin sodium and lower limb pressure in the treatment of femoral neck fracture can effectively reduce the abnormal coagulation function of patients, improve the venous blood flow velocity of patients, and reduce the risk of venous thrombosis, which has high therapeutic value.
