Clinical Value of Traditional Chinese Medicine Bone Setting Combined with Operation in the Treatment of Ankle Joint Fractures
Objective To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine bone setting combined with opera-tion on ankle joint fracture.Methods A total of 98 patients with ankle fracture admitted to Putian Binhai Hospital from April 2020 to February 2023 were conveniently selected as the study objects.By random number table method,they were divided into the observation group(traditional Chinese medicine bone setting combined with operation)and the control group(surgical treatment),49 cases each.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results The excellent recovery rate of the observation group(97.96%)was higher than that of the control group(81.63%),and the difference was statistically significant(x2=7.127,P<0.05).The hospital stay and fracture healing time of the obser-vation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).After treatment,the score of Visual Analog Scale of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the quality of life score was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically sig-nificant(both P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α and interleukin-6,and the total inci-dence of postoperative complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the dif-ferences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of ankle fracture,the combina-tion of traditional Chinese medicine bone setting and operation has a good effect.
