Objective To explore the effect of laparoscopic surgery on endometriosis. Methods A total of 60 patients with endometriosis who underwent surgical treatment in the obstetrics and gynecology department of Sihong Hospital from August 2020 to August 2023 were randomly selected as the study objects.According to the order of admission,30 patients admitted first were included in the transabdominal group and underwent traditional transabdominal sur-gery.The 30 patients admitted later were included in the laparoscopic group and underwent laparoscopic surgery. The operative effect, operative indicators, pain degree,laboratory-related indicators and complications were compared be-tween the two groups. Results The total effective rate in laparoscopic group was 100.00%,higher than 86.67%in trans-abdominal group, the difference was statistically significant(x2=4.286,P=0.038).The operation-related indexes and laboratory-related indexes in the laparoscopic group were better than those in the transabdominal group, and the dif-ferences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The pain degree and total complication rate of laparoscopic group were lower than those of transabdominal group, the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery is effective in the treatment of endometriosis, can further reduce the damage to patients, and has a positive role in promoting postoperative rehabilitation and maintaining internal environment stability, and has fewer postoperative complications and high safety.
