Evaluation of Clinical Efficacy of Comprehensive Rehabilitation Therapy for Cerebrovascular Accident Hemiparesis
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy for cerebrovascular acci-dent hemiplegia patients. Methods A total of 106 patients with cerebrovascular accident hemiplegia admitted to Ningjin County People's Hospital from August 2021 to June 2023 were conveniently selected as study objects and di-vided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 53 cases in each group. The con-trol group was treated with routine rehabilitation therapy, and the observation group was treated with comprehensive rehabilitation therapy. The clinical efficacy, limb motor function score, daily living ability score and neurological defi-cit score were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the total clinical efficacy of the observation group(94.34%)was higher than that of the control group(79.25%),and the difference was statistically significant(x2=5.267,P<0.05).The limb motor function score, daily living ability score and neurological deficit score of the observa-tion group were better than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation therapy plays an important role in improving the clinical efficacy of cerebro-vascular accident hemiplegia, and it can improve the patients'limb motor function, daily life ability, and neurological deficits.
