Effect of Etomidate Combined with Hydromorphone Hydrochloride Prean-algesia for Painless Induced Abortion
Objective To investigate the clinical value of preanalgesia with hydromorphone hydrochloride combined with etomidate for painless induced abortion.Methods A total of 180 early pregnant women performed painless in-duced abortion admitted to the Department of Gynecology of the Third People's Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Univer-sity of Chinese Medicine from May 2022 to May 2023 were prospective randpmly selected as the study objects and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 90 cases in each group.The control group was anesthetized with etomidate,and the observation group was anesthetized with hydromorphone hydrochloride on the basis of the control group.Heart rate and mean arterial pressure,postoperative contraction pain score,recovery time and adverse reaction were compared between the two groups.Results The postoperative contrac-tion pain score was(0.80±0.31)points in the observation group,lower than(1.43±0.57)points in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=9.211,P<0.001).The total incidence rate of adverse reaction in the observation group was 3.33%,which was lower than that in the control group(11.11%),the difference was statistically significant(x2=4.063,P=0.044).There were no statistically significant differences in mean arterial pressure,heart rate and recovery time between the two groups at different time(all P>0.05).Conclusion In painless induced abortion,hy-dromorphone hydrochloride combined with etomidate has better anesthetic effect,which can improve the contraction pain after operation and reduce the risk of anesthesia related adverse reaction.
