Effectiveness of the Combination Treatment of Parkinson's Disease with Pramipexole+Levodopa and Benserazide Hydrochloride Tablets and Its Impact on Patients'Quality of Life
Objective To analyze the effect of the combination treatment of pramipexole+levodopa and benserazide hydrochloride tablets in Parkinson's disease(PD)patients. Methods A total of 76 PD patients admitted to Jiawang Dis-trict People's Hospital of Xuzhou City from September 2020 to September 2023 were conveniently selected as the study objects, and they were divided into two groups with 38 cases in each group by random number table method. The control group was treated with levodopa and benserazide hydrochloride tablets, and the observation group was treated with pramexole+levodopa and benserazide hydrochloride tablets. The efficacy, serum index, symptom score, quality of life score and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effec-tive rate of the observation group was 94.74%,higher than that of the control group(76.32%),and the difference was statistically significant(x2=5.208,P<0.05).After treatment, the serum indexes of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the symptom scores were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The life quality score of the observation group was(26.88±4.27)points,which was lower than that of the control group(38.05±5.16)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=10.281,P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Pramipexole+levodopa and benserazide hydrochloride tablets are effective in the treatment of PD,which can improve patients'symptoms and enhance their quality of life, and will not increase the adverse drug reac-tions.
