Analysis of the Effect of Dydrogesterone Combined with Hysteroscopic Surgery in the Treatment of Endometrial Polyps
Objective To explore the clinical effects of endometrial polyp patients after completing the treatment with dydrogesterone+hysteroscopic surgery.Methods The clinical data of 100 patients with endometrial polyps admitted to Jinan High-tech East District Hospital from April 2022 to October 2023 were retrospectively selected and were di-vided into reference group and study group according to different medication methods.The reference group(50 cases)was treated with hysteroscopic surgery,and the study group(50 cases)was combined with dydrogesterone tablets on the basis of the reference group.The efficacy,complications,hemoglobin level and endometrial thickness of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group(98.00%)was higher than that in the reference group(84.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(x2=5.982,P<0.05).The total inci-dence of complications of the study group was lower than that of the reference group,and the difference was statisti-cally significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in endometrial thickness and hemo-globin level between the two groups(both P>0.05).After treatment,the above indexes in the study group were better than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion For pa-tients with endometrial polyps,the combination of dydrogesterone drugs and hysteroscopic surgery is effective in im-proving the efficacy and safety of patients,and can effectively improve the hemoglobin level of patients and reduce their endometrial thickness.
