摘要
目的 探究阶梯式早期活动方案联合细节干预在心脏术后康复效果的影响.方法 方便选择2021年8月—2023年8月广西贵港市人民医院进行手术治疗心脏疾病患者87例作为研究对象,依据随机数表法分为两组.对照组(n=40)实施常规护理干预,观察组(n=47)实施阶梯式早期活动方案联合细节干预.对比两组患者情绪状态及术后生活质量和护理满意度.结果 干预后,观察组患者的情绪状态评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组生活质量高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组护理满意度95.74%高于对照组80.00%,差异有统计学意义(x2=5.266,P<0.05).结论 接受心脏手术治疗患者于其术后接受阶梯式早期活动方案联合细节干预,能有效缓解其负性情绪,使患者的生活质量和护理满意度的提高.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of stepped early activity program combined with detailed intervention on rehabilitation after cardiac surgery.Methods A total of 87 patients with heart disease were conveniently selected as study objects from Guigang People's Hospital of Guangxi from August 2021 to August 2023 and were divided into two groups according to random number table method.The control group(n=40)received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group(n=47)received stepped early activity program combined with detailed intervention.The emo-tional state,postoperative quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results After inter-vention,the emotional state score of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 95.74%higher than that of the control group 80.00%,the difference was statistically significant(x 2=5.266,P<0.05).Conclusion Patients undergoing cardiac surgery can effectively relieve their negative emotions and improve their quality of life and nursing satisfaction by receiving the stepped early activity program combined with detailed in-tervention.
