Effect of Early Nursing Intervention Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing Technique in Nursing Patients with Hemiplegia after Stroke
Objective To explore the effect of early nursing intervention combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology in nursing of patients with hemiplegia after stroke.Methods A total of 60 patients with hemiplegia after stroke treated in Heze Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2022 to October 2023 were systemic selected as study objects and divided into two groups by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The conventional group was given routine nursing,and the TCM group was given early nursing intervention combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology.Daily living ability,motor function recovery,quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between two groups.Results The daily living ability,motor function recovery and quality of life in TCM group were significantly better than those in conventional group,the differences were statisti-cally significant(all P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of TCM group was 100.00%,which was significantly higher than that of conventional group(73.33%),the difference was statistically significant(x2=7.067,P<0.05).Conclusion Early nursing intervention combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing technique has shown remarkable effect in nursing patients with hemiplegia after stroke,effectively improve the patient's daily living ability,promote the recov-ery of motor function,and improve the patient's quality of life,improve patient satisfaction.
