循证护理对围术期TURP患者应激反应及并发症的影响

摘要
目的 分析循证护理对围术期经尿道前列腺电切术(Transurethral Resection of Prostate,TURP)患者应激反应及并发症的影响.方法 随机选取2022年1月—2023年1月盐城市第一人民医院收治的行TURP治疗的60例患者为研究对象,按照随机掷骰子法分为对照组(n=30)、观察组(n=30),依次行常规护理、循证护理,比较两组心理应激反应、生理应激反应和并发症发生率.结果 护理后,观察组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分分别为(46.55±2.02)分、(49.86±3.21)分,低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).护理后观察组心率、收缩压、舒张压低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).观察组并发症发生率为6.67%,低于对照组的26.67%,差异有统计学意义(x2=4.320,P=0.038).结论 对TURP患者采用循证护理效果明显,可减轻生理及心理应激反应,减少并发症.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the influence of evidence-based nursing on stress response and complications of transurethral resection of prostate(TURP).Methods A total of 60 patients treated with TURP admitted to Yancheng First People's Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were randomly selected as study objects and divided into control group(n=30)and observation group(n=30)according to random dice rolling method.They routine nursing and evidence-based nursing in sequence.Psychological stress response,physiological stress response and complica-tion rate were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale was(46.55±2.02)points and Self-rating Depression Scale was(49.86±3.21)points in the observation group,which were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).After nursing,the heart rate,systolic blood pressure and diastolic depression of observation group were lower than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was 6.67%lower than that of the control group(26.67%),the difference was statistically significant(x2=4.320,P=0.038).Conclu-sion The effect of evidence-based nursing on TURP patients is obvious,which can alleviate physiological and psycho-logical stress reactions and reduce complications.
