Effect of Preoperative Nursing Service in Perioperative Period of Hyper-tensive Cerebral Hemorrhage
Objective To investigate the effect of perioperative application of predictive nursing services for hyperten-sive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods A total of 160 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage admitted to Lia-ocheng Third People's Hospital from January 2021 to August 2022 were simple randomly selected as the study ob-jects,and were divided into reference group and observation group by random number table method, with 80 cases in each group. The observation group was mainly treated with predictive nursing, and the reference group was treated with routine nursing service.Nursing satisfaction, quality of life and blood pressure were compared between the two groups. Results The systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the observation group were lower than those in the reference group, and the differences were statistically significant(t=7.281,21.340,both P<0.05).The quality of life scores of the observation group was higher than that of the reference group, and the difference was statis-tically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the observation group was 96.25%,higher than that of the refer-ence group(86.25%),and the difference was statistically significant(x2=5.009,P<0.05).Conclusion During periopera-tive nursing of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage, the predictive nursing service is effective. This intervention strategy not only helps patients control blood pressure level, but also improves patients'quality of life and nursing sat-isfaction.
