Analysis of Application Value of Narrative Nursing Combined with Psycho-logical Nursing in Patients with Depression
Objective To explore the clinical value of narrative nursing combined with psychological nursing for pa-tients with depression.Methods A total of 104 patients with depression treated in the Liaocheng Fourth People's Hos-pital from October 2021 to March 2023 were conveniently selected as the study objects and divided into control group and observation group according to the principle of random drawing,with 52 cases in each group.The control group was given psychological nursing,the observation group was given psychological nursing combined narrative nursing,and the quality of life score,depression score,cognitive function score,nursing satisfaction and medication compli-ance of the two groups were compared.Results The quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Depression score of observation group was lower than control group,cognitive function score and medication compliance were higher than control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.15%,higher than that of the control group(84.62%),and the difference was statistically significant(x2=3.983,P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of narrative nursing and psychological nursing can improve the cognitive function and quality of life of patients with depression,and can alleviate the depression of patients,and the satisfaction and medication compliance of patients are higher.
